There used to be a Vince Ray shop on Manette street, just next to Foyle's in London. It was pretty small and they only stocked a few t-shirts. I have always admired Vince Ray's synthesis of rock and roll/rockabilly, tattoo flash art and space/surf/zombie/horror comics aesthetics. The shop closed not too long ago (a year? maybe two now?). I think I got this t-shirt in 2006...
There used to be a Vince Ray (or was it Wildcat?) shop on Manette street, just next to Foyle's in London. It was pretty small and they only stocked a few t-shirts. I have always admired Vince Ray's synthesis of rock and roll/rockabilly, tattoo flash art and space/surf/zombie/horror comics aesthetics. The shop closed not too long ago (a year? maybe two now?), contributing to the gradual demystification/gentrification/neutering of Soho's once-creative vibe. I think I got this t-shirt in 2006...
