Miners' Mug

This photograph is a group portrait of some of the 103 sacked miners from the Lothians. Of these about 60 percent were eventually given their jobs back.

The film shows protestors trying to push through a police cordon outside Ravenscraig Steelworks during the 1984 miners' strike.
